Reporting to the SEM & Performance App Manager, you will implement paid strategies across Google and Apple Search platforms that meet budget, CPA and conversion targets. You will play a key role in the execution of our App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy to maximise our organic App Store visibility and downloads.

About the Role

• Implement PPC and app-marketing strategies across Google, Bing & Apple Search platforms under the direction of the SEM Manager.
• Apply bid management strategies to improve bidding efficiency and improve ROI.
• Execution of seasonal, high-volume campaigns.
• Work to spend and acquisition targets.
• Competitor activity tracking and analysis.
• Daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting with SEM manager as well as broader audiences.
• Work closely with our design team to brief and deliver the best possible creative for campaigns and utilise CMS to display relevant creative to Paid Search campaign visitors.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentations across the business.
• Work with the other Media Teams to align strategy and share insights

About You

• You have a customer-first attitude and constantly strive to improve the customer experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (AKA AdWords). Knowledge of Apple Search Ads is an advantage.
• A/B testing, Multivariate testing and experience with testing methodologies.
• Minimum intermediate level Excel required, working knowledge of Tableau, BI Plus & Google Analytics advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of other areas of digital marketing: SEO, Affiliates, Display, Video, etc.
