About The Role 

As a Trading Operator, you will play a key role within the Racing Trading team, combining market knowledge with strong operational execution to deliver high‑quality trading outcomes. Reporting to the Team Lead – Racing, you will help manage racing events across all codes, execute trading strategies, and optimise product and pricing decisions aligned to customer behaviour and risk settings.

Working closely with analysts, commercial partners, and risk teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement of trading processes, tools, and insights. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys making data‑led decisions in real time.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Execute trading strategies and manage pricing for race meetings across all codes
  • Support customer profiling and segmentation to enhance trading and pricing models
  • Deliver against trading KPIs with precision, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Partner with analysts and stakeholders to support data‑informed decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve trading processes, tools, and performance
  • Contribute to a positive, high‑performing, and values‑aligned team culture
