About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated Senior Systems Engineer to work within our Workplace Technology team. The team is responsible for all technology services provided to our corporate staff.

Responsibilities are varied, however must be proactive, thorough, and demonstrate excellent technical and critical thinking skills with a positive and results driven attitude. Proven history of thinking strategically as well as short- and long-term project management is essential.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Technical ownership of the IDAM platform.
  • Troubleshooting problems within request management, governance, and End point applications.
  • Managing the configuration of Access certification campaigns.
  • Onboarding applications into the Identity governance framework.
  • Active Directory design and strategy.

About You

While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude, it would be ideal that you have:

  • Understanding of how to implement and troubleshoot API Integrations.
  • Understand Identity and Access management solutions end to end.
  • Can solve complex problems including data and platform configuration issues.
  • Experience with scripting and writing database queries, e.g. SQL, PowerShell, etc.
  • Environment management including batch scheduling.
  • Understanding and firsthand experience with Server and Desktop technologies.
